All rooms have colour TV, radio, tea and coffee tray, hair dryer, baby listening facilities and telephones.  

This elegant, Edwardian, candlelit Restaurant provides a magnificent setting for a stunning evening meal.   With discreet and attentive service, a wealth of fine wines and the joys of a little bourgeois cuisine, you will find it very much the flavour.  As the melodies of the Grand Piano float down the room, few can fail to be impressed by such a delightfully romantic setting.   The twinkling lights of the Bay, like brilliant little stars, encourage a slower pace, helping to make your dining pleasureable and enjoyable experience


Out & About
A short walk from the Livermead will take you to the Golden Beach of the Torre Abbey Sands and close by are local shops and pubs, Torre Abbey and beautiful gardens, putting green and crazy golf, Tennis Courts, The Riviera International Centre and the Rock Walk which is floodlit by night.

Just five minutes away is Torquay Shopping Centre, the harbour and Marina, boat trips and harbour side cafes.   The pier, Princess Theatre and Gardens, nightclubs and restaurants are all within a five minute walk.   A short drive by car will take you to Cockington Thatched Village and craft centre, Daddyhole Plain and Kent's Cavern.  10-15  Minutes away is Paignton Zoo, Dart Valley Steam Train and Babbacombe Model Village.

In under a hour you can reach Dartmoor, the Historic cities of Plymouth and Exeter and even closer are Brixham Harbour, Berry Head Country Park and the Village of Totnes and the riverside area of Dartmouth and Kingswear.   So many places to go - so much to do!
